requested a screen part. so i could fix my labtop... they recommended me sending it in. gave me a 400+ quote... i said go ahead, then parts were on back order (which was not told me to me), then when the parts did arrive, apparently, something else was wrong. i declined because the experience was terrible. it was returned to me NOT working, although the sheet within the computer said it was returned in working condition. family has purchased over 10+ dell computers in the past 5 years. They will get none of my business going forward.
