Dell credit changed their financing company and sent all of our accounts to commenity bank. Community bank sucks. They’re all located in India as well. This change stopped my automatic payments and now they continue to not be set up right. They are not helpful in helping you with their online site to pay. They won’t let you set anything up unless you know your account number which you can’t get without it being mailed to you.
They do not have any of my actual information correct and won’t tell me what it is.
