Terrible experience. My first Dell computer. Inspiron 14. After one year the keyboard is not working. It is been replaced. A couple of months later I start having issues with the Video Card and the PCI status, the mouse pad, I cannot change the screen luminosity anymore and AGAIN I have the same issues I previously had with the keyboard. The only support they offer is sending the PC away for an unpredictable amount of time. Solution that I cannot consider as I am an university student about to get my degree. Dell's product are absolutely awful and they clearly practise planned obsolescence. It's a shame!
