I wouldn’t even give them any stars but I couldn’t have left feedback! My computer still had warranty on it when I called in December asked for help. They went into the computer worked on it from there end and said they had fixed it!! After the warranty expired it started getting worse... I couldn’t pull anything up on it at all. Called back in they said an update on the software was needed and because it was no longer under warranty it would cost me 149.00 . They said that may not fix because it could need a new hard drive but wouldn’t be able to pin point it for cost and all! So if I paid them 300 the laptop I paid 449.00 for would be good as new. Now this is obsolete and I could replace it with something better and that will last longer than a yr I’m sure,,,, Hey dell get your act together because after reading these reviews you apparently have a bad service problem!!!!! I am pissed and will never purchase anything else from DELL
