It's not what went wrong but the continual dribble of constant problems. Replacing touch pads, mother boards, hard drives. Sending a new computer failing to put Office 10 Pro on it. Then not believing me when I said Office wasn't on the lap top. They gave me a link to load it but that failed. Then they sent me a new computer. This one has had failed key board, Screws falling out of the bottom so they sent me a new bottom plate. Screws kept falling out so they replaced the top and bottom. Now it needs a new hard drive. They sent the hard drive but no media. It never ends........
