I was traveling and the screen on my Dell laptop, less than 1 year old, stopped working. I called Dell Technical Support and they sent me a box to the address where I was staying the next day as promised. I specifically told the Technical Support Rep NOT to send the laptop back to the same address and to ship it to my home address. Unfortunately the Technical Support Rep sent it back to the address where I was staying and it's been over a week and have spent hours on the phone trying to get them to figure out a way to ship it back and as of the writing of this review it is still sitting at the other address.
Dell obviously outsources their customer service and their service is horrible! It is inconceivable that such a simple task could be so complicated and I'm losing money every day this laptop.
I would NEVER recommend Dell to anyone!!!
