Terrible experience with purchasing a 2-in-1 laptop. Original delivery date was estimated to be 10 business days after payment. I check the order status 3 business days before estimated delivery date and it was pushed back 2 weeks. I check again before the 2 weeks are up and the delivery date was pushed back another week. After 3 weeks, the order status has been changed to 2 following payment date - that's almost a 3 month delay. I keep calling to get an update on my order and each time, customer service needs to check with the production team and puts me on hold for 5-10 min intervals. I finally request a refund and surprise, customer service needs to contact the production team again. I have yet to receive a refund and there has been no updates on whether my order will even be processed.
In my opinion this is fraudulent-like, Dell collects your money, then sits on it for months without delivering the product or offering a refund when you request it. Will never do business with Dell again.
