DELL is now a very Bad company to buy from.
1. Dell takes orders for equipment it does not have.
2. They give delivery dates that they know are fraudulent.
3. Dell Customer service confirms the delivery when they know the parts are not available. (they try to delay so the cancellation period will lapse.
4. The week of delivery, you get an email saying it is delayed for another 2 weeks (now you are out of cancellation period).
5. If you call customer service (transferred many times) they will not cancel your order because you are" not within the cancellation period."
6. Customer Service says to accept the order - even though it might not get to you within months of original order and just ship it back.
7. Summary - Dell is unreliable and in some cases fraudulent. Their policy is to use your money from the time they ship a cancelled order to the time they process a refund. This could be several weeks. If you multiply this times the number of orders for equipment they did not have, it is in the millions.
