Buyer Beware The Dell Laptop Inspiron range may well have faulty hinges. When these break the damage is called "natural wear and tear". My 16 month old laptop that has had light use only now has a broken hinge. After an initial spend of £800 Dell would like another £192 to fix their manufacturing fault. Does this seem fair???? Currys would like £60 plus all parts and labour. Is this the new style customer service?
