if you are considering a dell computer "STOP" My unit, a high line PCXPS 8930, at a cost of almost $2000.00 totally crashed
. The crash was a result of me allowing a Dell tech to remotely access by computer (after I had reported numerous issues) and when he finished his "repair" we booted up to a black screen.
Now Dell cannot repair my unit (it's under warranty) and they refuse to either allow me to return it for a refund or replace the box.
The customer service is very poor...consider a different brand
