3180 Netbook... bought two and one had a bad hard drive within a day and they other stopped booting up in 6 months... still under warranty... sent back to Dell in Texas...they sent it back to me as "repaired" but was in the exact same condition (no boot-up). They took it back again and said they didn't have the parts to fix it and would send a refurb in it's place. Was even confirmed by an email from them. Never received the replacement. They think somebody cancelled the order but don't know why. I've spent countless hours on the phone with Dell about this but here I am with no netbook and no explanation. I wish I could give Dell ZERO STARS.
