Worst customer and technical support. Within two months after purchasing a laptop worth Rs. 65000 the hard drive got destroyed and laptop got unoperational. This happened on Thursday night and I contacted customer support early in the morning on Friday seeking for technical assistance ASAP (being a working professional). Now this guy is telling me nothing is possible before Tuesday since I m calling on Friday. R u crazy man? Why the hell are you even owning such big names if you can't provide timely technical assistance. I requested him a lot for looking into something ASAP, and still he was not at all ready to provide assistance on Friday. Instead he was asking me whether I m aware of the bad weather conditions in Mumbai or not. Seriously dude?? Shutdown all your Mumbai dell stores in Mumbai during the monsoon season as you have shutdown your technical assistance. Worst technical support. Sitting idle, all my projects on halt because of this fault since 3 days. Just call them asking for antivirus renewal they will come running for 1000 rs. But ask them to repair a faulty device even if you are a VIP customer and you have given them 2000 Rs. Extra for technical assistance, they wont pay any heed.
