I should reed these reviews before i bought my Inspiron all in one desc top !! Is absolutely horrible , I use my PC to pay bills most of the time, and is failing on that to. Takes about 5 minutes to boot from zero, and every command is slow, like I'm using a dial up service (I have 1G speed from comcast). At the beginning I thought is slow because is constantly making updates, but after about 30 days I realized that is getting slower by the day , so I contacted Dell customer support and they tried to remotely repair it , but at the end they sent an empty box to send in for repairs. A week later computer came back stating on the repair sheet that the hard drive was replaced. on the coming days the computer is slowing down day by day so I call in again, now a tech from Dell remotely access my computer and delete some drivers , so I'm not able to access the internet anymore. They sending a second empty box to send it in for repairs. After another week computer coming back , with the same problem, extremely slow, this time they claiming that they reinstalled the operating system.
I'ts an endless story with Dell, horrible experience, even worst customer service , never buy any product from Dell again in my life
