The absolute worst. I purchased the extended warranty for the desktop. When the computer started to malfunction (early on) Dell spent lots of time on the phone with me, but accomplished nothing. They refused to replace the computer, even when it was clear that they were unable to solve the issues that were occurring. I have since basically trashed a 2 year old computer, and purchased a Lenovo which I've had for several months now and is operating perfectly. Oh, and at one point Dell tried to blame software on the issue. The same software that has worked flawlessly in the past and now with the new Lenovo. Never again, Dell.
