I purchased two computers from Dell at a total price of $3800.00.
There was a problem with the order and the sales rep ignored my emails. When I decided to call Dell, I got transferred to a call center in India where the connection was so bad that I could not hear anything. I asked to be forwarded to the USA and a customer service rep helped and assured me that the missing part would be shipped to me Federal Express. It has been 4 days now and I still did not receive the part. Both sales rep have ignored my messages. This is so frustrating and I find it so hard to resolve a simple problem. Customer service is terrible. Too bad.
