Be Careful buying Dell service contract and products
I bought a Dell Laptop and am having issues with the company. Oddly they are accusing me of fraud as to how the computer was paid. They say I opened an account with them and have never paid for the computer. Each time I send them the proof that I paid for it by using my Visa, they will not listen. Plus they with not confirm who or how the account was open. I’ve tried calling their customer care many times, only to find out it’s closed.
