First order: Ordered a Dell Inspiron 15 5593 laptop on 4/27/20. This comes standard with 512 GB of storage and 8 GB of RAM. The only variation from standard configuration was Windows 10 Pro instead of Home edition and Microsoft Office Home and Business 2019 edition instead of Office 365. The laptop was delivered on 4/30/20. However, although the paperwork was right, the laptop was not equipped with Windows 10 Pro or MS Office Home and Business 2019. It was returned on 5/12/20, and a new laptop was ordered (second order) by Dell with a delivery date of 5/6/20. On 5/5/20, delivery was delayed to 5/28/20, by Dell. The order was cancelled by Dell on 5/12/20.
A new order (third order) was placed on 5/13/20, with a proposed delivery date of 6/1/20. A new order was placed so that the Warranty and Service Contract dates would start over.
