laptop fails to charge, still under warenty. Missed appointments never showed up, filled out service report to say he had repaired it when he had not even visited me. [mother board change] totaly usless tecnical department say they will contact me and never do. 8 phone calls later i still have had no luck in getting this fixed. all usless [ MARLON + CHRISS+ JAKUB REMBOWSKI] ALL THESE SHOULD BE SACKED.
