I wish i could give Dell zero stars. Working with the DMV is a more pleasant experience than working with Dell's customer service team.
I spent 4 hours on the phone getting transferred from person to person and waiting on hold. All because I needed them to fix the warranty that I had purchased since they associated it with the wrong service tag. After hours of pain, I was finally told there was nothing they could do to fix the warranty and that I would receive a refund. I never received the refund. Called back and spent another 3 hours on hold and being transferred, as they were unable to find the refund or assist me. Often, someone would put me on hold to "solve the problem", only for me to realize I had been put back in the queue and had to start over from scratch.
On top of all that, I have had my hard drive go three times on me in a single year.
Do not buy Dell's products! You would be better off purchasing a Chinese knockoff or keeping all of your documentation on a piece of paper like they did in the 1950s.
