Dell cancelled part of my order without notice and shipped the other part (a mouse). I cannot use the mouse without the laptop!
Took me 3 hours with 3 different agents to finally learn why it was cancelled. The first agent (tech support) told me to contact the sales agents. Then, both sales agent I discussed with tried to hide why it was cancelled by telling me it was a part shortage and now all part where available. Dell sent me quote of almost identical laptop. But those laptop had the wrong keyboard/os (my young kid doesnt speak english yet...). In the end, those part (laptop keyboard) were backorder and they tried to hide it!
