I purchased a dell inspiron 3580 in June 2020 for my personal use, however it worked fine for a little over two months only to wake up one morning to a blank screen with colored lines. After moving the screen back and forth it became obvious that the LCD was damaged. This is my second dell laptop from with the same LCD screen issue. This is no coincidence, I believe that dell laptops are not good quality. I would not recommend them to anyone. For two days I was back and forth on the phone with accidental support and premium support and they were not very helpful. Overall the protocol which didn't make sense to me, was to pay for shipping, diagnostics, parts and labor. Dell is a very inconsiderate company with no empathy for its customers. This is a fairly new laptop they could at least replace the LCD as a courtesy to say the least; especially seen now I have in my possession not one but two dell laptop's with the same LCD issues.
