I ordered a desktop computer in March 2020. Was delivered in April. The 2 monitors ordered with the computer had the wrong cables. The salesperson with Dell ordered them at Amazon at his cost....
Shortly after that the computer broke down (randomly shut downs). Tooks more than a month to get a replacement. I let them know that I am abroad on a business trip and they should not send the computer.
But of course they shipped despite knowing that now one is here.
After my return, got the delivery and tried to hook the computer to WiFi.... No chance, they forget to install WiFi on the replacement computer.
Filed a complaint, no response for 3 weeks.
Actually I am in the hotline for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
NEVER, NEVER in my life I would buy again from Dell. I would by locally even if the price is dubble.
The most terrible business experience I ever had. And I am a business owner since 1994
