The most horrendous customer experience ive had to date. I purchased a £1000 helmet from Demon Tweeks and the helmet is defective. It was sent back to DT for them to asses and resolve the issue in November 2020. Not long after DT receiving the helmet it was lost after they had sent it on to the supplier. Here we are 6 months later and they still are unable to acknowledge it is their fault and replace the helmet. Every time I call i get told they need more time to understand what has happened and what to do and that someone will call me the following day. Im still yet to receive any of these promised calls and im without a helmet to race with! Shocking!!!!
