Wrong parts delivered, which I fitted. I didn’t realise this until 18months later, but it’s just their terrible customer service that annoyed me. They don’t really care and if I’m honest it was their mistake and instead of taking responsibility they went to great lengths to try and show they had sent te correct parts, which they hadn’t. I think realistically the parts guy is probably just a moron and the computer says yes mentally. I would recommend that people just don’t use this company for anything. Plenty of smaller businesses out there who would love your business.

I wanted some new alloy wheels and tyres for my BMW 1 series MSport. Looked online at the vast array and saw some and decided to call up. Nick was very friendly and professional. He informed me the wheels I had chosen would not fit my model but emailed me over a choice of four different options as close to ones I liked. I immediately saw the ones I wanted. He gave me a price within my budget- in the MSW Oz Racing range. I have just had the alloys and new tyres fitted- within an hour! They even did a Heath check on my car while it was on the ramp complimentary. They look fantastic. This team are brilliant. Highly knowledgeable, skilled and professional. I will be using them again in the future for some repairs I need even though they are an hour drive away. 💯 recommend.

I ordered brake pads shipped to the US. The parts did not arrive on time so I reached out to Customer Service. Grace from DT opened a claim with UPS to get it sorted, and replicated my order and had it on my doorstep in a few days. She was excellent to work with, and this has been the best customer service experience I’ve had in years. To be clear, this was the shipping company’s error, but DT made it right. I will definitely order from them again.

Parts don’t fit, not made aware at order stage Ordered some parts from Demon Tweeks for a specific make and model of car. The parts arrived however they have to be cut to size to fit which means sawing a black metal retainer that will need touching up with paint afterwards … if you can actually cut the convolute metal part straight! There is no indication at the order stage that the parts needed to be cut to size. If I want to return them I have to do it recorded delivery, at my cost. I could have ordered them elsewhere and got the right size. I should have read all the poor reviews on another site before I ordered from them.

spent thousands of pounds with demon tweeks in the past. Recently I ordered a parcel worth £1800, parcel force delivered it to my door and just dumped it at my doorstep whilst I was at work. When I got back from work the parcel was not there. I did not tell the parcel company to leave the parcel in a safe place or for them to leave it at my doorstep so I am legally obliged to a full refund. The parcel force driver admitted to leaving the parcel at my door unattended and there is photo evidence of him doing so which he took himself. Despite all the hard evidence demon tweeks is avoiding giving me a refund. If they do not I will have no choice but to take them to a small claims court and get my money back that way. Please avoid using this company if you want your money to be in safe hands. I will update my review if I get a refund.

Having bought a set of Motorcycle tyres off this Company I had them fitted to my bike, but due to a spoke breaking had to have the front tyre removed to get it sorted. The Professional who removed the tyre which had been fitted for a couple of months stated that my tyre had a patch of perishing on the side wall, stating that the tyre was a couple of years old and had needed to be returned. I took the tyre back expecting it to be replaced for another, only to be told that as it had been used, they couldn't do that and that it would have to go back to Avon for investigation. I stated that as I had bought the tyre from them, my contract was with them, but this fell on deaf ears. They sent my Tyre back March / April, and it took weeks to get a response stating that there was nothing wrong with the Manufacture of the tyre, and that it had been either fitted incorrectly (fitted by a professional) or it had been stored badly. As this tyre was at least two years old, I contacted Demon Tweaks to say I want a replacement, only to be fobbed off with some bunk about it being used and I had an option of either having the defective tyre returned or they could scrap it on my behalf! I'm still waiting for this sub standard Tyre to be returned, after they have refused a replacement. They are a big motor factor and deal with a lot of performance parts, so I didn't expect the response I got. Over the years they have had a lot of money off me, but never again will I cross their threshold. Their after sales Customer care is appalling, and if I could rate them as zero instead of one star I would. Use this Company at your peril, you will have no after sales support at all

Never ne er again buy from these childish people. All are the same here year after year. Faulty items no customer service. I bet staff are on min wage.

Very poor customer service had a faulty fuel pump and just kept disregarding any info I gave them didn’t even ask for it back to test it And was getting nowhere so bought another pump for burton power and all is fine So to sum up they are quick enough to get the item to you but pray you don’t have any issues as they will wash their hands of it . Now question is will they respond with the oh sorry to hear this blah blah and sound concerned if they do it’s more than you will get when you have an issue

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE ! We arrived as a family at 4.30 pm as we were travelling from Manchester and the traffic was heavier than usual, we telephoned ahead to confirm they were open until 5pm. We knew what items we wanted as we had looked on the website and our 14 year old son just wanted to try on the suit. Upon arrival there was no welcome or acknowledgment from any staff member, so we made our way over to the karting section and found the suit he wanted, The first interaction we had was from a grey haired individual ( I cant say gentleman as he most certainly wasn't ! ) who informed us that the shop would be closing in 20 minutes so we needed to hurry up, fair enough, so I asked for his help and he informed us he couldn't help us as he worked in the bike section and walked off. I then went to the counter to ask if anyone was available to help us, the same guy told us everyone was busy. I went back over to my family only for the lights to be turned off in the karting section where we were stood !. The same guy then approached again and told us again and told us we need to hurry up, at no point did anyone try to assist us. I had £350 to spend that day and all it would have taken was 5 minutes to go and get the item we wanted, instead the emphasis was getting us out of the shop ! We left the shop at 4.50 pm and asked another member of staff "is this how you treat all customers?" to which he replied, "to be honest if I turned up at Halfords 25 minutes before closing,,, implying it was our fault even though the trading hours are 9 to 5 pm. In response , If I turned up at Halfords at 4.30 pm , I would expect the same level of service as I would at 9am !. It was our first visit to this place and our last. What is the point in posting content on social media almost everyday and proclaiming the excellent customer support on your website when this is the service you receive when you attend ? As a fellow business owner, I hope this feedback finds its way to someone who actually cares about the profile and reputation of the business , as our expectations were high but the staff members really alienated us as future customers. SHOCKING !!

Terrible customer service. Three weeks after placing & paying for an order, it still isn’t ready. Given up & asked for a refund. Customer service very apologetic, but still no solution.

just terrible AVOID! ordered express service 1-2 days. when i followed up 5 days later i was told "Your order was despatched via a Royal Mail service on the 16/10/2023.​ Goods sent by Royal Mail on such a date, this service is normally (or averages around 2-8 working days)." So much for paying DOUBLE! Customer service don't give a damn either. she pretty much put the phone down on me.,

Not a good experience. I ordered a gear indicator for a 2014 Triumph Tiger Sport from their website. I entered the year and model of the bike and the webpage said in big bold letters “This part fits your current vehicle: Triumph Tiger Sport 1050 2014” unfortunately after receiving and fitting this part it turns out that it was not the correct part and was in fact for a much earlier Triumph Tiger that did not have ABS. When I contacted Demon Tweeks and pointed out that their webpage was wrong, their answer was to check the webpage and point out that in much less noticeable print than the “This part fits your current vehicle: Triumph Tiger Sport 1050 2014” it said “Non-ABS Models”. I then pointed out that Triumph did not make a Tiger Sport without ABS and that their website directed me to this product. Their answer was “ this is your problem, not ours” It seems that they will cling to any excuse rather than provide good customer service - there are plenty more bike accessories retailers around.

Sick of ordering parts that supposedly fit my bmw, even after calling to double check they fit, to once again receive parts that don't fit my car. This place is a joke u wait weeks on a supposedly 3 day delivery. DONT RECOMMEND YOU BUY BMW PARTS FROM HERE.

Bought 2 disc lock alarms (Oxford) for Xmas presents..tested 23/12/22...both Faulty..no alarms..as Xmas and locks still working..too late to replace or send back..asked for discount as main deterrent not working...Demon Tweeks refused .no chance...No Xmas Spirit...lost me as customer..

BAD SELLER, NO XMAS SPIRIT ..Bought 2 disc lock/alarms for Xmas presents. tested 23/12/22. both faulty, no alarms. offered a reasonable discount solution as too late for xmas. locks still worked. Alarm deterrent did NOT. Seller refused twice. . Deserved feedback given.

100% NOT RECOMMENDED. Ordered 2 sets of tyres that was advertised as set 1 immediately ready for dispatch, set 2 dispatched in 5 days. Chased said tyres up after 7 days to be told they'll be another week. Asked about the set that was ready to be dispatched to be told they were waiting for the 2nd set. 1000% NO customer service.

Where do I even begin, purchased a set of H&R twin tube coilovers for my car about 1 year ago now. The problems I have had with this "quality product" is appalling! First off fitting them. when I fitted the rear bump stop to the top of the rear shock it snapped off so had to get that sorted and well that was a mess about in its self. Then a few months later my front shocker starts to knock so I get told to take them all off again and send away to them! So not only have I taken them off in my own time it just cause's stress and hassle. So when they finally decided to come and pick them up it must take them month's to get them back when I was told a few weeks. And they didn't even know where they was in there warehouse! So when I do finally receive them back all "checked" and ready to go again I put them back on my car about 5 months later.. and to my surprise I have just had my car on the ramp and the rear shock is knocking. Never have I pushed the car to its limits. Neither the shocks. Never has it been round a race track. Barely do any miles in a year due to living so close to work. Then get told there out of warranty. What kind of product have you sold me. I haven't forked of £750 to be so disappointed in a product and company in my life. If I wanted a cheap product I would of brought a set JOM blueline coilovers or Stance Plus! Wouldn't even waste you're time with this company. There customer service has been appalling in my opinion and I should of went to another company to spend my money. I hope people learn from this review. Nathan bates

Ordered a couple of extralube zx1 items on August 1st and the order was made and said it was in stock and then a day or two later i got an email saying item was dispatched but never received anything and after weeks 3 of receiving nothing i sent them an email to complain but says order wasn't in stock when order was made even though it says it was and trying to explain to them why did i get a dispatched email and to be honest they are just not helpful at all and just rhyming off rubbish reply emails and i still haven't got them items and its nearly the middle of September.

I ordered a motorcycle tyre nearly a month ago now. On selecting the page for the pirelli diablo tyre I wanted I noted out of stock, but the tyre size was wrong so I put in the size I wanted and hey presto it said in stock, so I ordered. Five days later I sent an email asking if demon tweeks would tell me when I could expect delivery. Two days later no reply, so I rang demon tweeks and each time my call was cut off after two rings. This was being done by them. I tried a different number, the same thing happened. Went back to their website and noted that my tyre size now carried the message "34 days delivery" That wasn't there when I ordered. So sent "another" email explaining I needed the tyre urgently and if it arrived in seven days then that was okay, if not I was cancelling a d I wanted a refund. Two weeks later,no reply, no refund, nothing from demon tweeks. I have dealt with them previously and had no problems, but.. that wasn't tyres!!! Today I notified them of court action as in a small claims court action, which will happen on Friday, and once I have paid for the claim action I told them no negotiation... It goes to court. I am appalled by demon tweeks total distain, ignorance and dismissive attitude. Well my bike contacts are considerable, all my family are bikers, the word about demon tweeks is traveling. Nothing negative, just don't rely on them, don't trust them. It's amazing, their ads indicate five stars...they are lying....look at their trustpilot score.... abysmal!!!!! It appears they are a truely awful company..... will add to this as time goes on.
