I think it depends on how big your order is depending on how long it takes and whether it is in stock, I had an experience a few months ago where I ordered 2 small items with express delivery which should have came within a few days however when 3 weeks had past I was getting annoyed as I had contacted the dealer on many occasions but no replies, 1 month after ordering I got a email saying they were no longer selling one of the items so I just phoned up and cancelled it. However this wasn't gonna put me down as I purchased a richbrook gear know from the same company and it came within 3 days, exactly what I had ordered and in good condition too so was happy, so I would say if you're ordering a smaller single item they're good but any bigger orders I wouldn't suggest them.
