Absolute nightmare of a company!. I ordered a set of standard front springs for my Honda, the correct part number was quoted on the invoice and on the bilstein box that arrived. However unbeknown to me the springs inside the box were a different part number. Fast forward a year and the car failed it's mot with a dangerous condition on the front suspension as luckily the mot inspector spotted that the springs where fouling the shock absorber and not seated correctly but it was hard to see so thank god he noticed. Contacted Demon Tweeks with photos and the original invoice details but they were not interested and just kept babbling on about how it's my responsibility to check the part number!! So when you order from this company you may or may not get the correct item and it may even be the incorrect item in the right box. Bloody shambles, won't be using this lot again.
