One of the biggest struggles today is responsiveness when it comes to customer service. This is NOT the case with Denver Modern. I ordered the Raven chest of drawers - a very unique design - and it arrived with some unexpected problems with drawer mechanics. I was able to contact Denver Modern immediately and got a same-day/same-hour response from them. 100% confident that a replacement chest will be on its way shortly.
