I order 5 of the Vail bar stools, and they are so beautiful and super comfy! Little pricy but you get what you pay for from quality and service, and I would recommend this product and their service to anyone! I had an issue with two of the stools. One had a cracked dowl, and the other had a small dy discoloration, and three were perfect! I called and sent a photo and Kyle was amazing my two damaged stools are on their way back and two new ones are on their way to me. I'm a fan!
