I ordered 3 pearl leather w/walnut accent counter stools - upon arrival one stool was damaged. I called and someone from Denver Modern immediatley called me back and had another one on order instantly and a 3rd party will pick up the damaged stool. They look amazing and very comfortable. Happy with the purchase and their customer service is excellent.
