I was a little nervous making this purchase as I am with all on-line purchases, especially those with large dollar amounts. To begin with, I originally used my Apple Card, and it auto populated the wrong delivery address. Apple does not make it easy to cancel or edit an order, so I reached out to Denver Modern immediately via email and phone. I feared my new barstools would get delivered to someone else as it was the holiday weekend, and no one answered the phone. BUT, they awesomely got back to me within the hour. They graciously helped me with correcting my order to get exactly what wanted at the address I wanted. My stools were delivered within 3 days after the holiday, right on time. I opened the first box with apprehension because I still did not know this company, and I paid a significant dollar value for the barstools, and my mind worried about the quality. Would these be barstools of the equivalent of something I could get at Target for hundreds of dollars less? They were packed beautifully, very well protected, and as I unboxed and unwrapped the first one, I was very pleased; they were solid, well-made, and beautiful, and so comfortable. They fit in my home and were the perfect style. They were exactly as described and I have zero complaints. Even my son, when he came to visit, commented on how much he liked them. And he never likes anything I buy. Thank you DENVER MODERN! I will definitely shop here again.
