I love my Vail stools! I get so many compliments they were exactly what I was looking for for my new kitchen.
I also had a very good customer service experience. One out of the four chairs came with the wrong color wood. Denver modern rushed out the new chair before even arranging to get the incorrect one back. Once everything arrived and was perfect, they sent me a link to arrange the pickup of the one going back. The process for delivery and pickup was made easy and smooth
