Customer service (shoutout Kyle!) was incredible, especially considering I was confused about the parameters of a complex delivery—they were patient and understanding and helped to get things set up with zero difficulty. I bought the Rio Lounge Chair. It arrived in one piece, on a pallet (this makes it a bit tricky! Make sure you understand what that means when you plan your delivery!). It's a wonderful, very high-quality chair, almost more like a sofa in that it's super heavy, and doesn't move at all with any amount of heavy movement in/around it. All in all, an excellent experience all around with Denver Modern!
