I ordered the Avon Lounge Chair and Ottoman together. The Lounge chair was delivered first and Ottoman couple months later due to backorder, which is understandable. I think the quality of these pieces are excellent. I love the mix materials of leather, oak and metal. The way these were crated and packaged made delivery a success, without damages. The unfortunate part was that because the fabrics are from different dyelots, they didn't match. However, Kyle from customer service was very proactive and kindly offered to send replacement covers so they can be used beautifully together as a pair.
