Customer service has been helpful when issues arise. It's a very easy platform to use. Some features don't work on PC because it is an app first, but that's not too annoying.
They do need to change how their algorithm removes items, considering when it does they can't relist it for you, nor do they have a reason why. That beings said, many other selling platforms do the same. The Depop fee for sale is also less than most other marketplaces.
Better for fashion than most other items, mostly because of it's user base.
