These people are unprofessional and very poor operators. I was suspended with no prior notice for selling what they claimed was a counterfeit item. I responded with many close ups of the item perceived as fake. The item is NOT counterfeit! The only reply they come back with is "This should be a tagged photo of your original purchase receipt in full or if it was a digital receipt it must be in your name, to your email address, showing the item as being shipped to your address." It is obvious from this request that they do not want to rectify the situation as I would guess 98% of the sellers do not have this information for their items. This is the most egregious issue I have had with them but they are always unresponsive and do hide behind their limited "canned" responses. I have seen where others were suspended and not received payment for previously shipped items. Stay away from Depop!
