I WILL NEVER BE USING THIS SITE AGAIN!!! I don’t use my account often if ever and saw an add on Google search that a cute bag was for sale on here. I purchased the bag got an email confirmation of it and not even an hour later got another email confirmation that they are suspending my account due to violation of terms of service and community guidelines. No expiations as to why and what I did. I tried logging into my account and resetting password and nothing happened. I decided to reach out to support as I have an outstanding order I have paid for. Their response was I was in violation and will not be able to appeal to get my account back. I replied and asked them what I did to violate and they could not give me an answer. I responded once more saying I have an open order that I have not gotten a refund for then and that I would like to know what I did wrong and they said this will be their final email and that their decision is final. I have no idea what I’ve done I’ve barely use this service to buy things off of. I don’t even know if I will get my money back now. What a joke and a scam. I will let everyone I know and write as many reviews on different websites and platforms to let everyone know what a joke this is.
