Bought a pair of shoes listed as W’s sizing. I already own different pairs from the same brand and these were huge compared to, they were clearly M’s. Tried to speak with the CS and explain the issue, however they said there was nothing they could do. At the question: I want to resell them but if a buyer asks “is this W’s or Ms?” What should I respond? They said to compare it with other shoes (I’ve clearly done that before the enquire 😂). However wanted to cancel my account and couldn’t because I need to wait 14 days after a transaction, quite ridiculous policy on this point. I’ve also paid for the buyer protection fee and got no help.
