Do not buy anything from this Website!! They offer no support towards the buyer!!! - I paid through a BANK TRANSFER to the seller's account. She provided the bank details but NEVER sent out the purchase......no matter how many times I contacted her - no response!! I reported this to Depop and because I bought through "BUY" option I thought I was safe - but NO - you also have to pay through the app. Even though I could prove the money was transferred, the will not pay back the money to me! They have suspended the sellers account - but they can reopen again under a different name and email address!! no support for a fraudulent transaction!!! There are not other methods of contacting DePop only email.. I had to use Resolver to get a reply back!!
