It's difficult to give Deporvillage 1 star because they took the money, never delivered the shoes ordered and yet sent an email saying they were delivered (impossible since I work from home now and was waiting for parcel).
Customer service is unaccessible. None of the phone numbers work, for Deporvillage nor the delivers service (GLS), and not even the 'chat with one of our agents' functions. This clearly stinks of fraud and will pursue it as such with my credit card provider.
