Just spent the whole day waiting for an agent to respond to me - the only way you can return an inferior item that was sent in place of the one you ordered.

Same experience as I’ve seen written bellow. They send the wrong product and they don’t care. After emailing support they told me 24h have passed and there’s nothing they can do. Even when I said I’d pay for the shipping. I mean they sent the wrong stuff.. why would I have to pay for that anyway. What I got is still inside the original box unopened.

Terrible customer service! Have been trying to return a order for over two weeks now and keep getting sent in circles. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company, it's not worth the hassle. Companies that operate like this shouldn't be aloud to sell products across the globe as they simply cannot assist with any returns.

I ordered a jacket. They sent me something completely different — a cheaper version I never asked for. When I contacted them, they blamed me for not emailing them fast enough. Their “policy”? You get 24 hours to report their mistake — even if you’re not home when it arrives. No refund, no return label. Just a smug email basically saying, “Tough luck.” Absolute scam.

WARNING. A total scam. They never delivered. All money was lost. If you choose them you run a huge risk of never getting what you ordered and not getting your money back.

Avoid this site. I was sent the wrong product for order (R01178424). Not the wrong size or colour, just entirely the wrong thing. Contacted customer service, and after sending pictures etc. they're taking the wrong product back and only partially refunding it, even though it's entirely their fault. I asked to be sent the correct product (which I paid for) in exchange but that wasn't an option.

Terrible shop. They send you incomplete orders and make it impossible to obtain refund or new shipments. They take no responsibility in their wrongdoing with problems all over their communication processes. Stay away from these cheaters.

Their advertised prices don’t tell the full story - postage, VAT and duties added 20% to the cost of a pair of Sidi cycling shoes. The returns process is a disgrace. Despite having paid the £18.00 postage and following the instructions to the letter, the shoes were returned after 5 weeks with the note ‘receipt refused’. The help function is no help whatsoever - web chat is disabled and trying other options just creates a doom loop. If you’re in the UK avoid these people like the plague

Unfair customer after sale… While I was generally satisfied with the delivery, the after-sales service has been very disappointing, and the return policy is extremely misleading. Customers are led to believe in a "365-day return policy," but this only applies under narrowly defined conditions buried in fine print. This kind of marketing—with a small asterisk and vague disclaimers—is misleading and undermines customer trust. To make matters worse, the product was incorrectly described on the website (specifically the ski bindings size), which led to me purchasing the wrong item. Despite this being a clear issue with the listing, the site imposes a 24-hour window to file complaints, which is completely unreasonable—especially for technical items that often need to be reviewed by a professional (as was my case at a ski shop). This type of policy is not customer-friendly and borders on unfair business practice. I expected more transparency and accountability. Would certainly not use deporvillage again!

I had the same experience as most other customers. After returning shoes that didn't fit, they didn't accept the return. These shoes were unworn and in perfect condition, but still the return was rejected. AVOID

Trainers delivered that are the same price as UK, no problems so far. Trainers were purchased in GBP and we have just received a demand for £85 for customs and import duty. There is non reference to this on website. What’s more, when I buy stuff in Spain as a UK resident I can claim the duty back not the other way round!!!

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Have been trying to return my product for 6 weeks. Depor village refused refund for paying for their at home collection. Which has failed on several occasions. I have lost 100 pounds because I have paid for a service that doesn't work and I have a pair of shoes that don't fit. I would not recommend this company. I am still waiting to hear from a customer service person who is capable of dealing with my situation. I keep getting the same automatic email repeatedly. Will not use this company again. Their discount prices aren't worth the possibility of losing money.

Delayed delivery despite promising at certain date. Return process (still ongoing) is a shambles and customer is expected to pay Spanish customs duty. I returned via Royal Mail with all the necessary forms and correct postage, tracking and proof of delivery and still Deporvillage refused to accept. Instead they had the item rejected and sent back to me. I went back to Royal Mail with the returned package to ask what went wrong and they could only see that it was rejected by the recipient (address was correct, custom's duty was correct, forms were correct, etc) No customer support except for the typical copy and paste replies to my questions. I will never buy from them again and I would recommend everyone to stay away from them as there are not worth the extra 5% one might save.

I had a terrible experience with Deporvillage. They sent me the wrong product, refused to admit their mistake, and made me pay for the return. Their website contains misleading information, and their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. To make matters worse, they falsely accused me of damaging the item, using unclear photos as “proof,” and refused to refund me. Their only “solution” was for me to pick up the product in Barcelona—completely unreasonable for a customer from the Netherlands. After reading similar reviews online, it seems like this is their business model. I feel scammed and strongly advise against ordering from them.

I ordered a EU 38 (size I always wear) and it was at least 3 sizes too small. Ordered a 40.5 and it is 3 sizes too big. Super disappointed because I loved the shoe.

I do wish I’d have read these reviews before purchasing anything. I’ve spent over £50 now in shipping costs to have my item sent back to me saying the post office didn’t charge me enough ! I have sent emails asking for help and how I can make sure my items can be returned for as refund and they are now ignoring me. So I have paid for trainers, paid for postage to here and then over £20 to return them and I’ve now got a pair of trainers for £100 that I can’t return. I am so out of pocket . I don’t know what else o can do though

Order came incomplete (ordered skis with bindings, only skis arrived). Support says 'everything was done correctly' so they can't help. Scam website, don't recommend.

I ordered some expensive Shimano MTB boots which they failed to deliver. The promised delivery date, of a few days from order, was missed by nearly 2 weeks and it was only when I chased them that they came up with the unbelievable excuse that the delivery van was in an accident and the shoes were damaged! These boots are indestructible. They refunded my money but will never order again.

Unable to return an item. Booked for pickup for the return item twice and twice the courier didn't show up, contacted the courier who have no record of the pickup being scheduled and the tracking number provided by Deporvillage is not valid. Terrible return procedure and no customer service
