- I received the purchased items broken, dirty and packed in an inappropriate packaging.
- The after-sales service is terrible: nobody answers the emails and nobody contacts you.
- Due to the above, I had to call the "customer service" service seven days after receiving the purchase. His answer offered no logical solution to my problem, lying and showing very little professionalism in trying to justify what happened. What do you understand by "response in 48h"?
