They did have a nice offer for inline skates I was interested in. After the arrival, I tried them on once to check the fit and although the show size was accurate the boots hurt my (perfectly normal) ankles and I decided, considering the high price, to return them at my own costs (since Deporvillage does not cover free returns). When they confirmed my retrun item they refused to accept the return since it was used once. The best part was this line in the email "You can get the item collected at your own expenses on the following address:
ESBO LOGÍSTICS – Deporvillage, Pol. Ind. Plans de la Sala LOGIBAGES, Nave 4, 08650 Sallent (Barcelona), Spain". After that, the customer service did not react to any of my emails. Normally such distributors have arrangements with the producers to ensure customer happiness but not Deporvillage.
In short, don't buy anything you may want to return! And for that matter buy somewhere else!
