The boots I ordered did not fit, I read there size chart and ordered a bigger size. I paid £18 for delivery, they would not pay for returns and DHL wanted £42 “who deporvillage suggested. So I tried another and got it for £25.
So I rang and spoke to someone there and they just said the same thing over and over, no help, not bothered. Her name was Liberty in customer services. “about right”
So £43 spent and no boots and I am disgusted with them. Now I have started reading loads about them and so many bad reviews!
