I was sent an item that I did not order and not the item that I ordered, I wish to return the item, this has become a nightmare, it apparently takes 24 hours for each email to get processed. I am told that I cannot use a DPD collection point as I have to sign to send the item back. All that I want is the item that I ordered and to return the Item sent to me, I have paid for it.
