Return is not being processed despite being recieved (in unused condition) .
I ordered a pair of shoes in July that were too small. I requested a return and ordered replacements a size up.
The return was made using the stores recommended courier. It took several days (and some chasing) after the agreed pick up date for the courier to actually collect. The package finally reached the destination in Spain two weeks later.
Despite the courier and Depor Village showing receipt of the return being delivered, for some reason this has been rejected with no explanation given. I have been chasing this with the customer service team for over a week who are apparently "claiming the parcel to the courier" for some undefined reason and have not issued the refund as due.
Overall a really disappointing experience which is a shame given Depor Village have some well priced and interesting products
