The company shipped my order through DHL. The driver disregarded the address information, not delivering to my suite address. Instead, he dropped it in an open public lobby after normal work hours. Naturally the package was stolen. Deporvillage refused to hold the shipper accountable and did not refund my money or send a replacement. I believe that is poor service. I am out $184. They have washed their hands of this. Do not risk ordering anything from this shady company.
