I ordered a pair of shoes which didn’t fit. Booked a return pick up which didn’t turn up. Arranged to ship myself, but Deporvillage refused to accept the tracked package. It is now on its way back to the UK. I don’t know what to do. Each email takes 3 days to get a response to and there is no other way to contact customer services. Really disappointing.
