I bought DEXCOM G7 / TRANSMITTER from you, I installed it on 04/17/24, from 04/21/24 to 04/23/24 it showed an error, since yesterday there is information about "START NEW SENSOR" I want to know how you can help me because I paid for something that doesn't work. Previously I was using Free Style Libre 2 but I found your system works better and I would like to use it. Can you send me a new one free of charge or refund my money so I can buy again. Let me know asap
