We bought landline phones in May in Crumlin DID- Several times calls weren't heard when calls came in or if we calls. Eventually we returned them in August but calls were still with crackling on line Today once more called to DID shop where customer service was nil- refund but not full amount- we have been customers for years and the assistant would have seen this by looking on shop computer- payment always by credit card- so even without receipt this would show Returned with receipt- assistant on lunch- but another salesperson listened- refunded the amount but this is too late!! We always found staff pleasant to deal with over the years but thanks to this episode DID have lost customers because a member of their staff was not polite or helpful
