I ordered and paid for a dishwasher and fridge from DID online (items were stated as 'in stock' on the website). I then had to chase up to arrange for delivery. Delivery was organised but then the day before (today) I got an email to say they did not have the items in their warehouse and that they were trying to source them from other stores. When I arranged for delivery and fitting I explained that I would have to arrange to have someone here on that and that this takes organisation and another persons time I was told 'no problem you will have a three hour slot and we will phone you on the morning to make sure this still suits you'.
I am absolutely furious that I was sold items that were unavailable. When I phoned the Mullingar store requesting a refund I got a one-liner 'oh sorry about that', then silence, then.....
